How Do You Become A Great President?
Die.
The media and fatuous political office holders, past and present, will do the rest. From the time he left the presidency until the moment of his death, Gerald Ford was never spoken of again. By the simple act of dying, one we will all accomplish without skill or effort, Ford has become what former President George H. W. Bush said was a living embodiment of a Norman Rockwell painting, a great statesman and a great president.
Voltaire wrote, "History is the lies we tell about the past."
